Every pregnant woman can create their list depending on their personal interests, comfort levels, budget available, etc. I have tried to mark every item if that is mandatory (this meant for me though) or can be added to the list of their personal interests. I have included much needed things here but there are lot of other helpful products on my shop page do check that.

There are few affiliated links on my site which means I could receive a small commission if you purchase the product through any of these links.

Pregnant Mother Essentials:

Pregnancy Body Pillow [Mandatory]

I literally loved this pillow, I did pick this one as this can be used either C-shaped or U-shaped pillow, I have read many blogs to decide on what to get but each individual had different perspectives on this. So, finally, I picked this as this pillow features a detachable extension. I did purchase this on in my first trimester itself and it’s my best friend sharing all pregnancy pains from then. I used to suffer a lot because of pubic bone pains and muscle cramps in my legs especially from the end of my second semester but using this pillow helped me to reduce these cramps and gave me good support for back especially to keep remained on my sides.

Other uses: I’m now using this pillow as side pillow for my child and

Nausea relief [PERSONAL INTEREST] I have used every single item to get rid of very bad Nausea I had in my whole pregnancy.

Belly butter’s [Mandatory]

Bio-Oil:

I did love this oil, this reduces the stretch marks and moisturizes belly very efficiently, can be used on belly, thighs, back, etc. I loved its fragrance too 🙂 It comes in small packaging to if you wanted to try if it works for you I suggest you to get the one in smaller size.
How I used: I did use every morning after my bath, and also used to reapply when even i feel my belly is itchy or when I feel it dry.

Burt’s Bees Mama Bee Belly Butter:

This really helps on itchy belly.

Pregnancy belly support belt [ PERSONAL INTEREST]:

I personally dint use this as I have an alternative belt which I have been using for menstrual cramps, this is one with hot/cold pack in it, i have included all such items on my products page please check if interested.

Postpartum Support Recovery Belly Wrap [ Mandatory]:

If you can’t afford for belly belt, cotton saree can be wrapped around the belly for few days after delivery to help in body shaping. This belt comes as a package of 3 individual belts to support belly, pelvic floor and back. Each belt should be used at different stage of recovery. I did love this as it very comfortable to wear inside or outside the dress.

Breast pump [Mandatory]:

The best brands for Breast pumps are Medela and Spectra. Usually, Insurance companies do provide these for free, so before you decide to purchase ask your provider if they cover them if so ask the process. I had few friends who purchased and later they submitted claims but the Insurance provider dint accept that, so make sure you know the request/claim process. My provider gave me a couple of options and asked me to pick one and I also had an option to upgrade when I can spend few bucks out of my pocket. I did go with spectra S2 which comes with a really nice cooler set.
Check this if you wanted to get more about spectra S2
This bundle comes with breast pump, cooler, ice pack, all pump essentials, 4 bottles (2 with nipples and 2 as storage containers)
